I designed and built a full-stack ATS platform used by recruitment teams and staffing agencies to manage candidates, track pipelines, collaborate internally, and automate outreach including resume parsing, interview scheduling, job workflows, CRM-style notes, email sync, permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
One technical challenge I solved
The platform needed Google-style fast search across millions of candidate records.
I architected a distributed search + indexing pipeline using Elasticsearch, built relevance-scoring for CV + notes, and added typo-tolerant search so recruiters could find the right candidate instantly.
Impact (founder-friendly signal)
The platform scaled to thousands of recruiters and millions of profiles, meaningfully improving recruiter productivity and pipeline visibility and was eventually acquired by a larger HR-tech company.
